Website Design Rates

The cost for most three to five page sites is $500-$750. This includes:

• Page design using your existing logo, or creating a text logo.
  
  
• Optimizing your site photos for quick download time.
  
  
• Discussions with you throughout the development process to ensure creation of a site that you are fully satisfied with.
  
  
• Assisting in the selection and registration of a domain name.
  
  
• Setting up your web hosting account. Hosting is usually prepaid for one year, and the cost is not included in the design price.
  
  
• Submitting your site to the search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.).
  
• Sub pages would be an additional fee. These are pages that link from within your main pages and are created out of necessity for lengthy topics. An example would be a "Health Care page" (main page), with 5 additional links to specific topics. Those pages would be considered sub pages.

Once your site is launched, minor changes are free of charge for 30 days. After that time, I'm available at an hourly rate for updates to keep the content current. I suggest that you update your site with minor changes at least every 2 months to keep it from getting stale and dropping in the search engine rankings.
